Ew! What is that for?

Rachel found this interesting artifact at our breakfast table in
Kentucky. Since neither of her parents smoke and she is raised in a
state where smoking is not allowed in restaurants she had no idea what
an ashtray was. Once it was explained to her she didn't want to touch
it anymore.
